This policy explains how Lab 28 Technologies - FZCO ("28 Labs", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with this website, try28labs.com. We work with clients across multiple regions, so we hold ourselves to the data-protection standards that apply in the places we and the people we deal with are located.

We use the information above to respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold a call, prepare and send any materials you ask for (such as an AI visibility audit), and keep records of our business communications. Our lawful bases, where the GDPR or a similar law applies, are your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
This site uses only the strictly necessary cookies required for it to function. We do not use advertising, marketing, or third-party analytics cookies. If you choose to book a call, our scheduling provider may set its own cookies on its booking page, governed by that provider's privacy policy.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, acting on our instructions:

Because we and our service providers operate across the UAE, the European Union, the United States, and other regions, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in a country other than your own. We keep enquiry and scheduling data only for as long as we need it to deal with your request and any resulting business relationship, plus any period we are required to retain it by law. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent at any time. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep our safeguards appropriate to the data we hold.
This site and our services are intended for businesses and the professionals who work in them. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
