The other 125 property, including most with strong reputations and busy practices, rarely surface at all. 83% of the cohort is effectively invisible in AI search.

Coverage. This measures what the 4 Western engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) return for Russian-language queries about Phuket property. Russian buyers inside Russia mostly use Yandex (~67% share), which is not measured here, so this is not total Russian demand.
